Welcome to roadRUSH. The event for those who love long distances.
Feel like a pro for once. Light road bike, long distances, but no desire for luggage, transport, camping or bikepacking. We make that possible. Seven long stages, a sporting challenge, a whole day in the saddle without compromise.
For everyone who is looking for a clear goal and wants full service and a strong program.
And for everyone who has outgrown bikepacking.
We ride without luggage. That will be transported.We know the day’s destination and know which hotel is waiting in the evening. That is booked.We don’t worry about routing. The guides take care of that.We don’t think about when a break is convenient. It is planned and ready.We don’t take shaky cell phone photos. We don’t lack impressions. The photographer takes care of that.
We simply enjoy the ease of road cycling. The feeling of not having to worry about anything. From day to day. Along the way, we experience four countries.
Stuffy? No. Comfortable? Yes. Athletically challenging? Absolutely.
From the sea to the mountains The start: in Almere at -3 m above sea level, The finish: seven days later on the Wildkogel, 2,224 m above sea level.
Between the start and finish are four countries, around 1,200 kilometers, and 11,000 meters of elevation gain on the road bike. At the end, we put our bikes away and change into hiking boots. The cable car takes us to the mountain station. From there, we walk about three kilometers at a relaxed pace to the summit of Wildkogel. A clear finale. From the sea to the mountain.
The roadRUSH is more than a stage ride – Contrasts & Constants
It is a journey through various forms of expanse. Scenically, physically, emotionally. From the shore of the Markermeer to the summit of the Wildkogel. From the coast to the mountain air of the Alps. In between are seven days full of contrasts. From the flat lands of the Netherlands, across the hills of the Eifel, through the vineyards of the Moselle, the valleys of the Saarland, and the open highlands of the Black Forest, up to the heights of the Alps.
The road bike remains the constant. In the saddle, we connect landscapes, people, and moments. We are individualists and cyclists, united by the same passion. Being on the road. Arriving. Freedom on two wheels.

This is where people come together who love cycling, appreciate quality, and want to have a great time on their bikes. Athletically ambitious – but without the pressure of timing or bib numbers. We ride as a group, we arrive as a group.Here, it’s not time that counts as a measure, but the value of time. In the end, new friends stand together on the mountain, soak in the power of the panorama after 1,200 km, and carry this feeling within them for a long time.
